We will guide you through the process and arrange for a replacement once the claim is approved (which can typically take between 60 to 90 days).

• Items Damaged After Receipt: Once your order is received in good condition, Homestead Gardener is not responsible for any subsequent damage to the products. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that break or are damaged after delivery, with no exceptions to this policy.
